SERVICE OPTIONS
All automation systems are covered by a 12 month warranty, however, it is recommended that they are serviced and maintained on a regular basis. Therefore we provide two options to ensure their continued reliability and performance:
COMMERCIAL MAINTENANCE
Metallic Carpentry will
service the automation
unit as detailed below:
- 2 x Full service and maintenance visits per annum where any diagnosed faulty components will be repaired of replaced.
- Whilst labour will be included in the service charge, any parts required will be chargeable, although you will be notified before any remedial work is commenced.
- Highly recommended for gates with frequent use.
RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE
- 1 x Full service and maintenance
visit per annum where any diagnosed

or replaced. - Whilst labour will be included in the service charge, any parts required will be chargeable, although you will be notified before any remedial work is commenced.
