The Process
- We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours of receipt. There are occasions when we are particularly busy, where it may not be possible to respond within this time frame, however, please rest assured that we will be in touch as soon as possible.
- Once we have established your requirements, we will arrange an appointment to assess the job at a convenient time.
- Following our site visit, we will prepare and issue a quotation for the work required, although you are under no obligation to order whatsoever!
- Should you wish to proceed and we certainly hope that you will, simply contact us and we will confirm an installation date.
